TEAMWORK BEYOND THE WORKPLACE: DE PALM TOURS SOFTBALL TEAM READY FOR COPA SANTA CRUZ 2026

When colleagues become teammates, company culture comes to life. This August, the De Palm Tours softball team will proudly represent our company in the Copa Santa Cruz 2026 tournament, demonstrating that teamwork, commitment, and determination extend far beyond the workplace.

Representing De Palm Tours on the field is more than competing in a softball tournament. It is an opportunity for our employees to strengthen friendships, build team spirit, and proudly wear our company colors while connecting with other local organizations through healthy competition.

To support the team’s journey, the Destination Management Company (DMC) department proudly sponsored the initiative by providing brand-new uniforms and helping prepare the players for the season ahead. This collaboration reflects the strong culture of support within De Palm Tours, where departments come together to encourage one another and celebrate shared successes.

Throughout August, the team will take on several local organizations, including Ritz-Carlton, Postkantoor, CMB, and Atcotech, as they compete in Copa Santa Cruz 2026. Every match is another opportunity to demonstrate sportsmanship, perseverance, and the collaborative spirit that defines the De Palm family.
