Q2 ANNIVERSARIES & RECOGNITION EVENT: HONORING THE PEOPLE BEHIND EVERY DE PALM EXPERIENCE

Their passion, professionalism, and dedication are what transform a day in Aruba into a lasting memory for thousands of visitors each year. On Friday, June 26, De Palm Tours proudly celebrated those individuals during its Q2 Anniversaries & Recognition Event, an afternoon dedicated to honoring employees whose contributions continue to shape the company’s success.
Hosted at Piedra Plat Entertainment Center, this quarter’s celebration featured a warm Italian-inspired theme that brought our De Palm family together in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Colleagues enjoyed a selection of Italian favorites, including pasta marinara, fettuccine Alfredo, pizza, cupcakes, and classic tiramisu, while taking time to connect, celebrate achievements, and enjoy each other’s company.
The event opened with remarks from Human Resources Manager Milca Erasmus, who reflected on the importance of recognizing the people who make De Palm Tours what it is today.
One of the afternoon’s highlights was recognizing employees celebrating significant service anniversaries. Shireen de Graf marked 10 years with the company, Lisette Mohamed celebrated an impressive 25 years of service, and Cesar Luque reached the remarkable milestone of 35 years. Together, their years of dedication represent decades of experience, loyalty, and commitment that continue to strengthen the De Palm family. Each anniversary honoree received a commemorative award and anniversary bonus in appreciation of their lasting contributions.
The celebration also recognized 20 employees whose outstanding performance and commitment have made a meaningful impact across the organization. This quarter’s Recognition Award recipients were:
