We offer several different sightseeing tours, Jeep safaris, sail and snorkel cruises, sunset sailing, and half and full-day packages to Aruba’s number 1 attraction, De Palm Island. Information about all the aforementioned tours is on our website and can be pre-reserved.

Yes, our tours can be booked at your hotel by either going to the guest services/concierges’ desk or a De Palm Tours activities desks located in the lobbies of the hotels in Aruba.

Yes, we accept all major credit cards (with the exception of Diners), debit cards, travelers’ checks and US dollars as payment.

Yes, we provide pick-up and drop off from/to your hotel for all the tours we own and operate. Tours that depart from our pier on Palm Beach are within walking distance from most major high-rise hotels and in this case, transportation is not necessary.

Our Jeep tours are popular and tend to fill up fast, especially during the busy months from January to April and July to October. We suggest either booking your tour online by clicking on the “Book Now” button or shortly after arriving in Aruba booking your tour at your concierges or activities desk in the lobby of your hotel.

We offer different types of Jeep tours. Both are half day in length and range from 3 ½ hours to 4 ½ hours.

Some of the stops are different and off-road in nature on our Jeep tours compared to our bus tours. Because of the nature of the different vehicles, our buses are air-conditioned and more comfortable than our Jeeps. Our Jeep tours appeal to the more adventurous, whereas our bus tour is more appealing to those who seek comfort. Both options provide you with a wonderful overview of Aruba.

The off-road section leading to, and departing from, the Natural Pool on The Natural Pool Jeep Tour is bumpy and requires you to drive very carefully. This section is approx. 1 mile each way. The roads on the Baby Beach Jeep Tour are much easier to drive on and the tour is best described as a soft adventure.

You can purchase a half-day or full-day package to de Palm Island. The following is included in all packages: round-trip transportation from your hotel, all-you-can-eat buffet, unlimited snacks, banana boat rides, water park access, unlimited beverages, snorkel equipment, snorkel tours, salsa lessons and beach chairs. The following is charged separately: Sea Trek Underwater Helmet Walk, SNUBA, Power Snorkel and any items purchased from the gift shop.

Yes, you can. Many guests go by rental car. There is plenty of parking (free) and you can purchase your package at the ticket booth on the mainland. A 5-minute ferry boat ride from the mainland to De Palm Island is included in all packages.

The water park is ideal for all ages. Children under 6 years old must be accompanied by an adult.

Yes, a free snorkel tour is conducted twice daily; the first tour goes out at 10 am and the second at 2 pm. A guide goes with every tour and provides instruction and safety vests.

Yes, it is on the main road heading south from the hotel and downtown area. Approximately 2 miles past the airport, follow the signs to De Palm Island.

De Palm Island is an all-inclusive island offering something for everyone! Couples or friends without children can enjoy snorkeling, relaxing on the beach, the open bar and buffet, Sea Trek, SNUBA, Power Snorkel, unlimited banana boat rides, the daily salsa lesson and beach activities like beach volley. The water park is also open for adults. Approximately 20% of the visitors are under the age of 12 years and most in this age group come during the school vacations.

Yes, we have three separate beaches on the island. Beach chairs and palapas (shaded areas) are available on the beaches and included in your package.

The morning snorkel adventure is 4 hours in length and includes a buffet lunch, open bar and includes 3 snorkel stops. The Afternoon Delight tour is 3 hours and includes sandwiches, open bar and 2 snorkel stops. Both tours include snorkel stops at the Antilla wreck.

Palm Pleasure departs from De Palm Pier located on Palm Beach in between the Radisson and Riu hotels. De Palm Pier is within a short walking distance from the following resorts: The Holiday Inn, Playa Linda, Hyatt, Occidental, Radisson, Riu, Westin, The Mill and The Divi Phoenix. Transportation is provided to De Palm Pier from all other resorts.

Yes, we provide round-trip transportation from most hotels for most of our tours. Transportation is not provided for Atlantis Submarines or for guests joining Palm Pleasure sailing trips and staying a short walking distance from the De Palm Pier.

A full refund without penalty shall be given if tour or activity is canceled at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled start of your tour or activity. No refunds for cancellations inside of 72 hours. If you miss the tour because of not being on time for your excursion, no refund will be issued. De Palm Tours reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any tour. If we are unable to substitute your purchased tour, a full refund will be provided. If tour is cancelled by De Palm Tours, De Palm Tours will substitute the original activity with one of at least equal value as the one being cancelled or substituted.
