RECOGNIZING MILESTONES AND DEDICATION: DE PALM TOURS’ Q4 ANNIVERSARIES & RECOGNITION EVENT

The heart of De Palm Tours isn’t found in our tours. It’s found in our people. And on December 12, we proudly gathered to celebrate those whose dedication, commitment, and teamwork continue to shape our company.

Team members across the company came together at Occasions Ballroom for our Q4 Anniversaries & Recognition Event, an afternoon dedicated to honoring milestones, outstanding achievements, and the shared values that connect us as one De Palm family.

From the moment they arrived, the atmosphere set the tone for the afternoon. With a vibrant Back to the 60’s theme, mimosas in hand, and a lively, party-inspired setting, the event encouraged connection, celebration, and plenty of shared moments. Adding to the experience was a menu of chicken and beef burgers, quesadillas, mashed potatoes, satés, and cupcakes, creating the perfect backdrop for conversation, laughter, and recognition.

The event opened with remarks from Lisette Mohamed, Director of Human Resources, who emphasized the importance of recognizing individual achievements while also celebrating the teamwork that drives our shared success.

Team members were honored for reaching significant anniversaries of 10, 15, 20, 25, and 30 years, each one representing years of commitment, growth, and long-term dedication across our departments.
