DE PALM TOURS AT EXPO ATIA 2025: CONNECTING TALENT AND BUILDING FUTURES

This November, De Palm Tours proudly participated in EXPO ATIA 2025, Aruba’s largest networking event, and it proved to be an inspiring two days filled with valuable conversations, eager talent, and exciting opportunities.

As Aruba’s leading tour company, we remain committed to creating meaningful career opportunities for our community. EXPO ATIA 2025 offered the ideal space to connect with motivated applicants ready to grow, learn, and take the next step in their professional journey.

Held at the Renaissance Convention Center on November 14 and 15, the event brought a steady stream of interest to our booth. Applicants explored six open positions across our departments:

  • Luxury Driver (DPC)
  • Electrician (DPI)
  • Captain (DPI)
  • Garage Mechanical Helper (Maintenance)
  • Garage Supervisor (Maintenance)
  • Sales Associate (DPW)

From jobseekers to internship-seeking students, all applicants completed their applications right on the spot.

To make the experience even more engaging, we hosted a special applicant-only raffle. Two lucky winners walked away with exciting prizes: Erwin Hopsman, winner of a Sunset Sail for two aboard Palm Pleasure, and Eliza Frank, who received a Biba Dushi Package. Both prizes can be collected at the De Palm Tours office, and we extend our warmest congratulations to the winners.

Beyond recruitment, EXPO ATIA 2025 also allowed us to strengthen relationships with fellow companies. Conversations surrounding training, professional development, and digital transformation were especially valuable as we continue enhancing our operations and elevating the guest experience across all departments.

Our presence at the event was made possible thanks to the dedication of the De Palm Tours team members who represented us throughout the event on November 14 from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and on November 15 from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

We also extend heartfelt appreciation to our DMC and Marketing Department for their excellent support in preparing and managing the booth.

We are grateful to everyone who visited us during EXPO ATIA 2025. The enthusiasm and talent we encountered reinforce the exciting future ahead for tourism in Aruba. We look forward to welcoming new faces, fresh ideas, and the next generation of talent into the De Palm Family.
