CELEBRATING THE WOMEN OF DE PALM TOURS

Behind every great experience at De Palm Tours is a team of passionate people. This International Women’s Day, we celebrated the talented women who are part of the De Palm family and whose dedication, strength, and positivity help move our team forward every day. 

To show our appreciation, on Friday, March 6, 2026, our meeting room was transformed into a relaxing space designed just for the women across our company. Thoughtfully decorated by our DMC department, the room became a calm and welcoming place where our ladies could step away from their busy day and enjoy a well-deserved moment of care. 

Throughout the day, our guests from Sound of the Sea Spa and Everon Glam Nail Studio treated team members to relaxing back chair massages and manicures. Snacks, beverages, and sweet cookies were also prepared so that everyone could fully enjoy the moment.

Our women at De Palm Island also enjoyed the experience while unwinding in front of the beautiful ocean, making the celebration even more special. 

While this was a small gesture, it was a meaningful way to recognize the many women who contribute so much to De Palm Tours every day. Their leadership, teamwork, and care make a difference not only within our De Palm family but also in the experiences we create for our guests.
